Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your new shoes as much as we loved making them, so if the fit isn't perfect, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are unworn and in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Start Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase.

  Select Your Preference

  Choose whether you would like to exchange for a different size or return the item for a refund to your original payment method.

• 3.
  Print and Pack

  Generate your prepaid shipping label, print it out, and securely pack your shoes in their original Charlotte Stone box.

• 4.
  Drop Off

  Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location and we will process your refund or exchange once it arrives at our warehouse.
